Megan Reddell

Megan Reddell is an Arizona native with a strong commitment to education and community engagement. Raised in the Verde Valley, she graduated from Camp Verde High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Greenville College and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Northern Arizona University.

With more than 15 years of experience, Megan has served in nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and a state education agency. Her work has focused on building meaningful school-family-community partnerships, supporting students’ academic and personal success, and creating programs that promote career exploration, independence, and self-advocacy. She has led initiatives that provide practical resources for families and educators, ensuring students are prepared for life beyond high school.

Driven by a passion for empowering all individuals, Megan is dedicated to helping people discover their strengths and create pathways to lifelong success. She believes in fostering systems and opportunities that allow every person to pursue and achieve their dreams.
