Audra Paletta (she/they) is a 2014 graduate of Arizona Youth Leadership Forum and a 2018 graduate of Arizona Youth Engagement Academy. She is an original member of the Arizona Youth Leadership Engagement Initiatives, where she was the Inaugural Chair. She was an independent contractor with Diverse Ability Incorporated for many years before she got hired to be part of the team as the role of Peer-Based Services Professional.
Audra was also the first young adult to be appointed onto the Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council under former Governor Doug Ducey’s office and the first young adult to hold a slate on the Board of Directors as Vice-Chair. She is a self-advocate, peer mentor, trainer, presenter, facilitator, and has training in Peer-Based Practices. When she is not working, she spends time with her daughter and partner, both of which give her motivation to do what she does.
