Diverse Ability Incorporated, as a youth-driven nonprofit organization, empowers youth and young adults who have disabilities on their journeys to independence through Peer-Based programs and services.

As youth and young adults who have disabilities, we will have the skills and support we need to:

• Transition from youth to adulthood, and navigate community resources, allowing us to live independent and fulfilling lives.
• Practice self-determination, self-advocacy, and supported decision making with confidence.
• Engage with other youth and young adults while enhancing our own leadership skills and maintaining a peer support network.

At Diverse Ability Incorporated, we believe in the power of peer support and are committed to helping youth and young adults who have disabilities through a Peer-Based Model. All our programs and services are led by young adults who have graduated from the Arizona Youth Leadership Forum. They have chosen to pursue additional training, engagement, and leadership opportunities with our organization to serve as Peer Leaders and facilitate our programs and services. These Peer Leaders play a vital role in our organization and its mission, and they are compensated for their contributions.
