Megan Reddell

Megan Reddell, a native of Arizona, was raised in the Verde Valley and graduated from Camp Verde High School. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois, and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Northern Arizona University.

Megan has diverse experience working in nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and most recently with a state education agency. With over 15 years of experience, she has led community programs that enhance positive school-family-community relationships, provided practical support for families and teachers to help students succeed in high school and after graduation, and created programs and resources promoting personal growth, career exploration, independence, and self-advocacy.

Megan is driven by the desire to empower all people to achieve lifelong success, enabling them to discover their own passions, and facilitating systems and opportunities that will allow them to fulfill and further those dreams.

Megan and her husband, along with their beloved chocolate lab, joyfully welcomed their first child into their family in November 2023. Embracing this new chapter in life, she finds great joy in motherhood. Megan also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, being in nature, hiking, and camping.
