Ethan Van Aller

Ethan Van Aller joins Diverse Ability Incorporated as its full-time Initiatives Coordinator. He leads our many peer-based initiatives in close collaboration with our peer-based services professionals, young adult volunteers, and contracted individuals. He oversees such programs as Peer Navigation, Person-Centered Planning, Arizona Youth Leadership Forum, and other peer-based services and programs.

Ethan, an Arizona native, holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and brings 15 years of experience in providing support to individuals and families in need. Prior to his employment, he assisted with Arizona Youth Leadership Forum (AZYLF) as an elder intern, volunteer, and team member. Ethan has also worked in local schools as a Social Worker, Behavior Specialist, and Special Education Assistant. He specializes in mentoring youth from diverse backgrounds. Ethan is passionate about social justice and committed to empowering marginalized communities.

In his spare time, Ethan enjoys spending time outdoors and immersing himself in nature. He finds solace and rejuvenation through activities such as camping, hiking and mountain biking. Ethan also enjoys training his service dog, Blanco. Spending quality time with friends and loved ones is also a high priority.
