Adrian “A.J.”  Shortey is a Youth Member on the Diverse Ability Incorporated Board of Directors. A.J. is known for his high energy level and for being a great friend. He is passionate about guiding youth who have disabilities as they learn leadership and self-advocacy skills. A.J. began his journey with Diverse Ability Incorporated when he attended Arizona Youth Leadership Forum (AZYLF) in 2014, followed by Arizona Youth Engagement Academy in 2017.
