Develop a Person-Centered Plan This Summer at AZYLF 2022
For nine years, Arizona Youth Leadership Forum (AZYLF) has continued to successfully serve youth who have a variety of disabilities and diversities. Youth are selected to attend Arizona Youth Leadership Forum for Teens and Young Adults Who Have Disabilities based upon their leadership potential and skills. During AZYLF, youth participate in a dynamic experience that focuses on self-discovery, leadership development, career exploration, effective advocacy, and empowerment through heightened awareness of disability history and culture.
Through Person-Centered Planning, youth are assisted in developing a Personal Leadership Plan which includes specific action items they choose to address as they navigate their futures. Youth have opportunities to engage in ongoing connection, additional training and support, and a variety of peer-based services through the thriving AZYLI Alumni Association, after graduating from AZYLF.
All eligible Arizona youth are encouraged to apply and receive selection consideration.
